The Daily Loop
Two minutes every morning, ten on Sunday, one rule underneath it all. This page is the operating manual for the machine you just built.
First: set the bell
Before anything else, open your phone's clock or reminders app and set a daily repeating reminder named TEXT YOUR NUMBERS at your check in time. Right now, while you are reading this line. The whole loop runs on that bell, and a loop without a bell is a wish.
Then pin The Scribe chat to the top of your WhatsApp if you have not already.
Text your numbers
Your phone reminder fires at your time. You text The Scribe one line on WhatsApp: money spent, trained, slept, shipped. It answers with your day number and its three word verdict. The board is already updated. You never opened anything.
Do not feel like typing? Send it a voice note. Say your numbers out loud walking out of the gym and the board is updated before you reach your car. Talking counts.
The ritual
Text The Scribe the word: Sunday.
It answers with who you are doing this for. Read it. Actually read it.
Then it compiles your week, marks the silent days as missed, and hands you one honest sentence. The whole meeting with yourself, inside the same chat you already live in.
Want the full picture? Open the app and press Weekly Review for the card and the Reality Check date. Worth it on the Sundays that decide things.
Keep talking to it
Every number in that app got there because you said it out loud. That is not a limitation, that is the design. The moment you stop talking, the badges go red, and the machine starts telling the truth about you either way.
Miss a day, text the next one. Miss a week, send the Sunday word anyway and let it write missed where it belongs, then start again. The streak grid forgives everything except pretending.
